Pathways to Peace: Essential Communication Skills for Christian Leaders
Do you long for a deeper connection with God and others? Do you wish to feel more seen and heard by the people you love? Are you yearning for more joy in your life?
The Pathways to Peace training is designed to help you and your group deepen your capacity for connection—with God, with others, and even with your own soul.
While spiritual formation and discipleship have often focused on forming beliefs, teaching prayer practices, and gathering for communal worship (thank God for these gifts!), many of us still struggle to cultivate the depth of relationships we desire. Within our families, teams, and church communities, we may find it hard to engage in conflict constructively or know how to lovingly navigate frustrating conversations—like when someone in the Bible study expresses an idea that leaves us feeling annoyed or disconnected.
Spiritual formation isn’t just about beliefs and practices; it’s also about the formation of our relational capacities. After all, the Christian journey is fundamentally about relationships.
If you're interested in deepening the relational capacity of your church, team, school, or organization, let’s talk! Feel free to reach out at by email or set up a time to chat about your hopes and dreams for your community.
““Be completely humble and gentle; be patient bearing with one another in love.”
