Taking New Spiritual Direction Clients Now!

As a spiritual director and coach, I create spaces for individuals, groups, and communities to attune to God’s Spirit and live and lead from a God-centered place within and among them. I currently offer one-on-one spiritual direction online via Zoom, as well as spiritual direction for couples and groups. Group spiritual direction works best with 3-6 people.

One-on-one, couples, and group spiritual direction can help individuals deepen their awareness of God in their everyday lives and relationships, allowing them to humbly trust God and themselves as they listen and lead. In spiritual direction, we co-create a space where you can "let your hair down" and shift from the constant pressure of doing to the gentle invitation of simply being. It’s a time to rest in God’s presence, reconnect with your authentic self, and embrace the grace of stillness and reflection. Though simple, the inertia of life and leadership can make this way of being challenging without support.

If you're curious about how spiritual direction could support you, I invite you to sign up for a 20-minute exploratory conversation to see if this might be a good fit for your journey.

“To listen another soul into disclosure and discovery is the greatest service one human being can do for another.”

Pathways to Peace: Essential Communication Skills for Christian Leaders

Do you long for a deeper connection with God and others? Do you wish to feel more seen and heard by the people you love? Are you yearning for more joy in your life?

The Pathways to Peace training is designed to help you and your group deepen your capacity for connection—with God, with others, and even with your own soul.

While spiritual formation and discipleship have often focused on forming beliefs, teaching prayer practices, and gathering for communal worship (thank God for these gifts!), many of us still struggle to cultivate the depth of relationships we desire. Within our families, teams, and church communities, we may find it hard to engage in conflict constructively or know how to lovingly navigate frustrating conversations—like when someone in the Bible study expresses an idea that leaves us feeling annoyed or disconnected.

Spiritual formation isn’t just about beliefs and practices; it’s also about the formation of our relational capacities. After all, the Christian journey is fundamentally about relationships.

If you're interested in deepening the relational capacity of your church, team, school, or organization, let’s talk! Feel free to reach out at by email or set up a time to chat about your hopes and dreams for your community.
